Construction

We had two different companies come and give us an estimate, and we took to Valor. It turned out ok. We like the bathroom. The shower stall that was put in the master bath turned out to be poor quality. We are having them come back to put in a different one, but that hasn't happened yet. It is nothing they did. Neither they nor we realized that it wasn't good quality. They showed it to us, we liked it, and they put it in. It just turned out to not be well made. It was nothing reflecting on them. One of the shower heads pipes, coming out of the wall, was, and still is loose.  Gave up trying to get them back and have contacted a local plumber to finish the job, at our additional expense.  There was a bank screwup and we paid  them twice on a balance of 540.00 in December 2010.  It's now May 1st, 2011, and we have tried repeatedly to get our money back.  One excuse after another and we haven't seen our money!   Keep away from this company!
We don't have a problem with them reading this.  They know it is true and I have emails between us to back this report up.
