I scheduled an appointment for plumber to replace the hot and cold water faucets in a shower/tub. I received a text message stating that my appointment was confirmed and my plumbers name was Tyler. ID number was 22579157. Tyler never called and never showed up. Then I received a text message and phone call from a plumber named Davante (929) 823-9579 and (205) 883-1464. Davante said that he did not know the service to be performed was in Livingston county and said that it would be a 50 mile drive for him. He said he would call me back but he never did either. I did receive a credit card bill for $353.50 which I definitely will not pay. No phone calls from either contractor and no shows. I will call another plumber for service. Unfortunately I still have no hot water in the shower. I should have seen this coming sooner. I have had nothing but problems with Angi's contractors. I am disappointed to say the least. Not a professional service at all.
