Last time we boarded our dog at a different provider and Muffy was stressed out and it took her a few days to be herself again...not this time. :) When we picked her up she was happy to see us, freshly groomed, and was back to her normal self right away. I called and checked up on her while we were away (for 9 days).

The vets that I saw the first time I went there, I probably like better than the ones I have been seeing lately.

The price was a lot, I spent a fair amount of money there. What keeps me going back is that they are there. Their interaction with the cat is pretty good.

It went great. Our second time using the boarding facility and all went well. Dogs seemed happy and their report card was good.

Pricing is on the high side, but well worth it and knowing there are dr.'s on staff and your animals are at an animal hospital. I think they are fantastic!

It went well, my dogs were happy. We got a report card with pictures during their boarding and group play time. I will use them again. Boarding is pricey. My large dogs stay together in a kennel and it's about $50 a day for both. Overall, staff is great and friendly. I felt good leaving them here.

We had taken our dog to a different place for boarding at one point and the dog came back very depressed. When he came back from Companion Animal Hospital, he was playful and it looked like he had a very good time. The medical care that we got from our dog who had a lot of medical problems was excellent. The price for their boarding depends on the size of the animal and it also depends if they are crated or kenneled plus they have additional services like playtime or walks and stuffs like that.

We have used Companion Animal Hospital for boarding several times over the past four years. We currently have two American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix males - both neutered. They are unpredictable around strange dogs and so need thoughtful handling .
The staff of young people obviously love dogs and enjoy playing with them. The dogs pick up on that and they never even look back when they're led back to the kennels. The facility has a large, enclosed, grassy play area where the dogs can run as well as an indoor play area. You can pick from a list of services, including walks, individual play times, baths, nail clipping, vaccinations, etc., You can bring your own food, toys and bedding or use theirs. The staff has a little pamphlet ready when we pick up the dogs with a report on their behavior and eating habits along with several digital photos showing them at play. The dogs are always in good health and good spirits when we pick them up. Companion is a full-service veterinary hospital so you never need to worry if one of the animals should get sick or injured, and of course they would contact our regular vet if necessary.

They also have boarding, but we have never used that surface. If you are a senior citizen, it's a good service. He brings an assistant with him. If you have more than one pet, you don't have to pack them up and take them at different times. He charges for a regular office call.

I have an Australian Shepherd and a black Lab. The Australian shepherd is 12 and she had her senior dog's yearly check up and medicine. She had blood test and all kind of care. She has arthritis and takes a lot of medicine. They have had several vets lately that have retired so we have gone from vet to vets. The older vets I like better, but I like the two new vets that they have. The two older ones retired and these are very nice. They are very expensive. In order for her to get medicine I have to go twice a year and it is very costly, otherwise they don't give her the medicine so that is the problem. The quality is good. They are on time and they don't over book. I will use them again because I don't know where else to go and they know the dogs and I have to go through all the medicines again. If I find somebody else cheaper I probably would. I am interested in the dogs being taken care of more than the price. If I could find better price then that it would be great too. I take her every six months. In order for them to give her the medicine I have to do it and that is the bad part. She needs the medicine and it is not like the arthritis is going to go away. She feels very uncomfortable because she has arthritis. They give me everything that they need to give me to keep her comfy, but I guess they don't have to do it twice a year for me to go through all this, but once a year is more practical.
