As above...Care was exemplary, however, came with exorbitant cost. (But, I have a very healthy cat!) We ended up leaving their care, due to the very high charges...found another provider who charges less and is also very good.

While the cause of our dog's issues wasn't able to be determined, we were impressed by the staff at Coldwater as we have been during past visits. They were able to see our dog on short notice, kept us updated on his progress throughout his stay. We were expecting a large bill, but found the that the overall bill was reasonable. The items listed on the bill seemed reasonable given the situation.

We have a cat with a few chronic health issues, including asthma. We have also had dental work done. Our cat has been treated by Dr. Nemcheck, and she's been great.

Their staff is very friendly, helpful, and competent. We haven't had to wait very long for an appointment, and we have never felt rushed. The technicians have also never failed to follow up on our kitten to see how he is doing a week or two after being treated. Our cat is feeling much much better since we started taking him to Coldwater, better than he's been feeling in years!

They are very close in price to our last vet, when we lived in New Jersey (a higher cost of living area to begin with). I'm sure you can shop around for better prices, but in general, I am a believer that you pay for what you get. You certainly get great care for your animal at Coldwater.

They are fine people. They treat us nicely and also the cats. They are fairly prompt. They give good service but they are expensive. However, they are fantastic with the animals. Kim is the office person as you check in. She is very kind. I go there and pay that big price because they are good with animals. I have two types of cats, an outdoor one and an indoor one. So I take an open appointment and take them in according to the availability.

We've used this practice for >20 years and while pricier than others, they are thorough, responsive and just plain nice to work with.
