Carpet Installation
Terrible-they promised the job would be done in 6 weeks-it was 6 months. I was not able to choose some of the finishes-was not even consulted. They demo'd the kitchen in November and left the job without placing insulation and there were holes to the outside. I had to call them back to put in the insulation. When they asked for the final draw at 5 months, I declined to provide it until the job was complete. The response was immediate as about 12 workers descended on the house and the foreman was verbally abusive, accusing me to stealing materials, but the job was finished. The workers for this company (at that time) were scheduled for the renovations in between building houses-thus I never knew when or who was going to show up. I had three small children and was working outside of the home. It was a horrible experience.
