Desktop PC that I use for my business died. Jim came and picked up computer, diagnosed problem (bad block on hard drive), replaced hard drive for me, recovered my data, brought the computer back and spent a lot of time helping me restore programs and get up and running again. Jim was very helpful, and I would call him again.
