It was fine. They showed up promptly and did the work as requested. It worked out fine. They returned my calls and showed up when the appointment was scheduled for. They did an acceptable job and they did great.

I recommended him to a co-worker. I believe that the co-worker was happy with the service. They were professional, reasonable, they showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job they were supposed to do and perhaps even had more done. They exceeded my expectations.

They did a nice job, I've used them 2-3 times. I'm very happy, they were reasonable and did a good job. I don't think they wore uniforms.

They were very good. I told them prior to their arrival that I needed them to move the furniture before and after they cleaned. They did everything and did a wonderful job. They were here on time. A great service overall.

The work took about 1-1/2 hours and included moving of a few pieces of furniture. The technician Bill was very polite and efficient. The job looked quite good and he suggested about six hours dry time. We stayed off of it the rest of the day and that night. The next morning we noticed a couple areas that looked soiled. I called and talked with Adam who was very polite and he said they could come back next week and take care of it. Adam came back as we scheduled, and after seeing the spots apologized and explained that sometimes with deep spotting that after the carpet dries they wick back up. He went over the spots again very thoroughly. When he left he apologized again and thanked me for calling them back. I must say that those areas now look just as good as the rest of the carpet.

Carpet Doctor Upholstery was punctual and professional. They came in and worked until the job was done. It did not take them long and my carpets are beautiful. They are very reputable and I would recommend them to anyone.
