Never received a call with test results.
Never again!
After her initial snit over being taken to the vet, Cheeto started acting like her normal self again.
Dr. Arnold is compassionate, efficient, straightforward without being blunt, and just an all around good doctor. Combine that with a bill that was easily one half to three quarters of what we would have paid at our former vet and you've got a winning combination.
I am so pleased with how my cat and I were made to feel welcome. The staff is friendly and professional. This was the first time I have been to Caring For Cats and I am so glad I went an extra few miles to get there. My cat looked so good with his new haircut . He was not at all stressed.
Lisa said he was easy to work with, which made me feel good about my cat's experience. It has been difficult to find a good cat groomer. I am very happy that I finally found one, and will schedule all of my cat's future grooming with Caring For Cats.
I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days for a presurgical visit and when I had issues getting the cats in the carrier and called ahead to say I'd be 15 minutes late they were understanding.
At the visit, Dr. Arnold was very friendly and good with the cats. Based on the physical exams, she asked if I'd want the spaying done that day which was convenient for me. The cats were kept for surgery and I was able to call later to make sure they came through the surgery safely. They kept them overnight and I was able to pick up the cats anytime the next day and the total bill was only $306.
Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Caring to Cats to anyone.
After doing blood work on my older cat, Betsy called me the next day to let me know the results and how to proceed based on his condition.
In the past I have also seen Dr. Hartman too on several occasions and she is an excellent practitioner and very thorough.
The reception staff is good, but can provide uneven service especially on the phone.
Cat lovers will love the fact that Betsy has a number of her show cats, present and past, roaming the halls. Comet the Cornish Rex is especially notable as he often comes in the exam room and provides a calming presence to nervous cats.
