Perfect, On Time, and Reasonable....

Turned out to be stuck utensil way down--removed.  Only charged for half-labor

I had obtained a prior estimate with another plumber who advised replacing the toilet.  I contacted Steve and advised him that I had purchased a new toilet to be installed which was still at the store to be picked up.  At this point he could have charged a good deal of money to pick up the toilet and a labor fee to install it.  Instead, he came to my house within 15 minutes after my call and identified another smaller problem with the toilet which he easily repaired.  He then charged a well-deserved low service fee.  My toilet works great and I did not need to replace it after all.  I was able to return the other toilet.  He saved me a great deal of money and I am grateful to have an honest and skillful plumber on my list of reputable contractors.

He arrived within the hour of my call and had the job done within 2 hours.  It was fantastic.

I have used them for a long time. He is very responsive, he gets here very quickly. Very knowledgeable and is very fair in his pricing. He charges you a fair amount of money for the work that he does, some of which is pretty nasty stuff. Plumbing stuff is very hard to do, he does a good job with that.

It stinks to find a leak and a problem, but it's great to have someone you trust to call. Steven has been my go to for several years now. I discovered a leak and thought I might leave him a message early in the morning - he picked up the call at 7:40 am and he had my kitchen dry and fully functional by noon. Love him.

He's always been very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He's clean and has the parts on his truck for any job.

The problem happened at 5:30 pm. It was after hours that most offices would be open, but I tried to call Steve anyway. I left a message. I had not been a customer of his previously. He called me back within a half-hour, and put me on his schedule for this morning. He was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job for a very fair price. I will definitely use him again. The best service I ever received from any Plumber.

Very prompt with call backs and with appointments. I just thought that plumber might have overcharged at $90.00/hr. He did not have a license but had 30 yrs experience carrying on his father's business.I did not know any of this before contacting him. He performed very well. I just thought he should have charged a bit less per hour.

I called after 7 hoping to get an answering service. Mrs. Kusak answered: "Oh, sounds like you'll need to have that looked at right away...I'll page him." Mr. Kusak was on the job by 9 and resolved the matter in a few hours. We had a couple of laughs at the old fixtures, but he got a challenging job done at a very reasonable cost.

We called, he came as planned, did the work and cleaned up after himself. We had no problems.

He is very professional. He calls before coming. He arrives on schedule. He is neat. Does not leave waste i.e. plumbing parts etc. Plans for the installation of new plumbing fixtures for a remodeled bath. He steered us in the right direction for quality fixtures, faucets etc. Stays reasonable in price. He is very upfront regarding what is a good product vs. "junk" and which parts of the remodel may be very costly and why. His workmanship/craftsmanship is excellent. He is very knowledgeable. It has been a very good experience.

This job required almost 2 hours of Mr. Kusak's time. He worked the whole time and then tested the pipes for leaks before he left. I am very pleased with his service.

He did a great job. I'm picky, and work was done to my satisfaction. He even added a shut off valve to prevent the line form freezing in the winter. Price was satisfactory considering the quality of their work.
