The problem occurred when a piece of the rake edge of the roof came loose after a couple of months. I called Bruce about this more times than I can count over the course of 2 months. I talked to him once or twice. He promised that he would fix the problem. After 2 months I gave up and hired another contractor to fix the work. To date he has not contacted me about fixing the broken rake edge.
