I called for the first time on the day of a snow storm.  The owner said that she could plow my driveway that afternoon, and the service was provided as promised. (I had called two other plow services who told me that they were only able to service their customers with contracts on this day). My driveway is narrow, and care was clearly taken not to damage the lawn.  I appreciated this since the last plow service I used was really reckless. The following day, after street plows added more snow, I found that the end of the driveway was plowed too narrowly for me to easily get out. I left a message for the owner, and when I came home later that day, the driveway was plowed again just as I had requested.  This for me is another instance in which calling a business rated highly on Angie's list proved to be so worthwhile.

I went to turn on the light one night. It flickered and then quit. We replaced the bulb but that didn't fix the problem. Then, I thought it, might be the switch. I tried replacing the switch on the wall but that didn't solve the problem as well. I knew it had to be something in the assembly. We called Collet based on other reviews. She was courteous on the phone and she could look at it in a few days. She gave us a time frame when she could stop by which was 2 hour window. She showed up that day at time the she said she would and was able locate the loose wire in the assembly. It took around 30 minutes for entire job. It was well worth the money and I will definitely use her again.

excellent. Colette was very careful not to chip the stamped driveway but still removed enough snow to make our driveway safe and clean. After ,many other unsatifactory contractors who either completely destroyed lawn, garden, pavers, etc or simply did not show up, Colette was a lifesaver. There are very few snow plowers that will even attempt to remove snow from stamped driveways but she had a method she said she would use and did so very satisfactorily. she is courteous, prompt and efficient. I would give her the highest marks.

An expert job. Slushy ice cleared away and the sides banked where needed. Hydrant safe.

We usually take care of our own snow removal, but we were out of town
and saw the news of a snow storm coming through. We called, and she was
on it. We were able to get in our drive way after a late night flight.
She made our life easier.
