I had ordered a bouquet online from FTD as a birthday gift. The order was originally fulfilled by another local florist. It was unacceptable. FTD replaced that arrangement with one from Blanchard's. It was outstanding, an excellent replication of the one I had chosen at the online FTD site. Blanchard's did a great job. They obviously have a talented, artistic floral designer. I will make all future local floral purchases with them..
