I never received a response. Very unprofessional.

I never write reviews, however this is the single worst experience I have ever had with a provider.  At first they were very responsive.  Their salesperson Anne is quite good but she is not reflective of the crew.  I hired them to clean up my yard.  They tore up my plants and blew away all of the mulch we had put it in.  They also blew it onto the house and to this day, it is still stuck on the siding.  I called them several times and did not receive a response.  Finally, after a year, they agreed to return and put back a few of the plants they removed.  The plants died within a week.  As for the lawnmowing, there were weeks at a time when they did not show.   Highly unreliable.  I would never use them again.

Very Bad, they are unreliable and unprofessional. Lack total business ethics.

They start mowing on April first and end in October.  They're very good and reliable.  I would recommend them to others.

The price is very reasonable, they show up and do my lawn. I will pay all of my bills but then sometimes get a notice saying I didn't pay so I have to call them and let them know that I paid and have to send receipts. I do have to straighten out invoice payments for the previous 6 months sometimes. I have always been able to solve those issues though so it does not continue to be a problem, just don't be surprised if you get a notice. They also do snow removal but I would not recommend this, I don't believe they have the right equipment for it. The price was reasonable on that as well, but if it doesn't do the job it doesn't really help me. I really like the guys that do come out and their service, but it is a little irritating on the billing side.
