Bill Codding

Bill and a helper arrived on time with all necessary materials. All work was completed in 4 hours. The siding used was older siding that was on a rafter in my garage. Bill removed the siding, which was discolored with years of dust. After siding was in place, Bill washed it. When he was up on the roof, he also cleaned my gutters, which I could never reach. He also cleaned and unclogged the lower gutter. I asked that he return when he had time to replace my front door threshold, which was moving. He checked it, put in a few screws to tighten it. He told me that it really didn't need to be replaced, just tightened. There was no charge for the gutters or the threshold. He charged me the priced he quoted the week before.
I wasn't watching me cat as well as I should have after the window was removed. Somehow she managed to escape onto the roof. Bill saw her and brought her into the house. This action alone rates an A!

Bill arrived on time the first day and slightly late the second day. On the second day, he was looking for a piece of equipment that he didn't use the previous day. Bill worked all day, with the exception of lunch. He did an excellent job installing the doors and also cleaning up the shavings in the garage and house when he was finished.. He had to carry the doors up and down stairs and was careful not to damage the walls or hardwood floors. Bill also took the time to correct work previously done by a handyman (no charge).
