Furniture - Sales
I was convinced that what they showed me would be right. Bassett had a sample on the floor, and when the 2 upholstered chairs were delivered and were not satisfactory, and the manager agreed and issued me a refund. The other 2 TV chairs were ordered back in November but still haven't arrived. I only ended up going with one because the manager informed me that 2 chairs would be too large for the space. The manager was easy & understanding to work with and agreed to take 1 of the chairs back when it arrives.
