Mr Baliva has been in business a few years doing lawn rolling, core
aeration and dethatching in our area. We called him based on a handout given to a
cashier, by him, at a local lawn and garden store. Our home is on a fairly large
corner lot that we needed rolled and aerated within a week or less. He
arrived within that time frame (3 days) and did the job including a good
sized dog yard that we didn't include in original estimate because we
didn't think his equipment would fit through the gates. It did and we
did appreciated the extra work he did.
