As the project began, the problems did too.
There were multiple difficulties, none of which Brian caused from the home's construction in 1983. Brian took it all in stride and came up with a plan to fix the joists and uneven floor to make things secure and attractive.
He was thorough and professional, making sure that he cleaned up every day to leave the area as tidy as possible.
The project lasted longer than our original plan but he revised his schedule and our estimate to make sure that we wouldn't have to wait or reschedule things.
Even with the increase over the original estimate, he still finished the job with a price that was less than the other quote we received from another firm that didn't even take into account the and quot;surprisesand quot;.
I would recommend highly and we intend to use his services for other projects in the near future.
