My initial experience with Jeremy (the owner) was very good. He was fair, honest, prompt, and easy to talk to.
He came out in about 18 inches of snow and we walked the paramete of our backyard to see where the fence would go.
Our goal was to put the chain link all around the backyard, except where our driveway is (next to the house). In that location, we wanted to go with a wooden fence.
They installed the chain link very well, sturdy and very much to our liking.
Where the problem came in was with the wooden part of the fence which was only about 50' of the overall job.
When I came home from work, there were two giant holes in our expensive brick patio where they were putting 4x4 posts to set the wooden fence. I wish he would have let me know or asked beforehand that that would have to happen.
When I called to inquire, he said that was necessary because of the location of a tree stump.
We agreed I would get the stump ground down and redo the posts.
When I got the stump taken out (about a week later), I called Jeremy and he said it would now be 8-10 weeks to finish the project.
That seemed unacceptable to me considering he didn't let us know about the stump being an issue, or the fact that they were going to destroy our $6k brick patio.
I thought about it for a day and decided I would have to hire someone else to get the wood part done faster.
He left a message saying that was my prerogative, but it is my issue and not his. Also said that he is going to pull his permit and I'll have to get a new one becuase.

Jeremy and crew installed about 300ft of 6ft PT privacy fence about 3 years ago. I was very happy with the timely install and workmanship of the fence. I did have some issue of some posts leaning after install over the next couple of winter/spring due to high winds and lots of rain. Jeremy always came back and addressed the issues. This last summer his crew came back and dug around about 8 posts and reset the footings using about 50 bags of concrete. Jeremy is very professional and never had a problem getting a hold of him with questions. I would use BF and R Fencing again.

They came when they were scheduled but I had to go to an appointment, so I left them to it. When I came home, they had left, and I was frantic. They had accidentally installed the gate in the center of the fence instead of at the corner where I wanted it. I had landscaping plans and where they put the gate would ruin those plans.
I quickly called and told them to come back and move it. The crew came immediately--within minutes!--and moved the gate to the corner. I was so thrilled, and they were very apologetic. The gate and fence have had no problems thus far, and I am pleased with the quality of the materials used. The fact that they came back so fast to fix the situation makes me think this company is a class act. Also, they offer a 5-year warranty, which is longer than anyone else I talked to.
