Lee Buckman and B and B Automotive have done virtually all repair and maintenance work on my, my wife's and my son's cars for over ten years – everything from minor to major repairs. All of this work was done in a prompt, professional, high-quality manner at a fair price. Anytime a repair hasn't solved the issue completely, Lee has taken the car back immediately and made it right.
We have also purchased several used cars from B and B at a good price. The cars turned out to be dependable performers and an excellent value.
Perhaps the best reason to take your car to Lee is that he is absolutely honest. You can trust that he will never recommend any repairs that aren't necessary... only the work your car really needs, always at a fair price. Anyone with much experience with auto repair shops knows how rare this is.

I have gone to this shop before for normal care of my vehicle such as oil change and the occasional repair as it is in my neighborhood and my usual repair shop is a bit of a drive. I am currently in the process of selling my vehicle and the buyer asked to have it looked over by their mechanic being Band B before they purchase. Since I have been to this shop before and also recently had a check up done to my vehicle by my normal repair shop within the last couple months I didn't hesitate to oblige and take it to them to look over.

So, Lee Buckman looked over my vehicle for the potential buyer. He came back 30 minutes later to say that there was a power steering leak and I needed the whole rack replaced. He even took me to the car to show me the residue on the rack. He then quoted $900+ for the repair. Knowing that I hadn't had any issues, I then took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion to find out that I had no leak at all. The residue that Lee had shown me was oil that had dripped from my filter during an oil change. There was absolutely nothing leaking from my vehicle. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend going to this repair shop unless you would like to be taken advantage of.

It is a small service station and mostly people from the neighborhood use him. I have been using him for years. My experience with him over the years has been satisfactory and pleasant. They were able to fix my husband's problem the very same day. They never do any work without checking with me first. He is very good at telling me how much the work is going to cost. I would use them again in the future.

They do a great job. Their price is pretty standard for an oil change. They are not necessarily the least expensive ones around. I use them for a lot of other things besides oil changes and they have good pricing. The quality of service is good. I would use them again in the future.

Lee the main person who answers the phone has always been great. Not knowing much about cars I've always been skeptical about car service places. This has been the only place that I've felt comfortable calling letting them know the problem and know that before the works done they'll take the time to explain what's going on and what my options are with out feeling pressured to have them do the work. There have been times I've called to ask their honest opinion without needing work done, they take the time to give me their opinion even when there isn't a dollar sign attached to the conversation. When I have had questions that involve work being done they give it to me straight and let me know what are the pressing issues to get fixed right away and things they have found that could wait. Their estimates and rates have also been cheaper than other place that I have been to in the city.

I have been using their services for the last fifteen years at least. I like that you get what you pay for with them. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive and they always give you what you pay for.
