He was able to come first thing in the morning the following day and replace it within 3 hours. He replaced it within 2 hours. He also replaced it with safety glass. Due to the location of the window it is a much safer choice to prevent injuries in the future. This may be due to age of my house (80+) or because I wanted it replaced ASAP but he was not able to fix the springs that keep the window open. I needed to get the glass fixed, I can have the springs fixed at my convenience. He probably didn't have all day to work on an emergency repair. He came out before any of his other scheduled work (8:30am) and completed the work (11:00am) around his other appointments which was a big plus. I will definitely keep his number handy as most places need a week or more to come, measure, then replace which isn't practical in Rochester weather and having an open window can be a safety issue. Its hard to find someone who keeps their word even when its a small promise of when they will show up and finish the work. He did.

They came to look at the job on Friday. The replaced the glass promptly on the next Monday. They were polite and friendly and even helped with another project at no cost. One pane at the top of the solarium was very hard to reach, but they found a way.

Easy to work with. Arrived early but called in advance. Did the job efficiently and properly. Cost was substantially less than 4 other glass shops I called. Atlantic Glass is a small family owned business with low overhead but with outstanding glass capabilities. The owner does intricate glass jobs for artistic and very high end applications. He is cutting down my old mirror to be used in another application I have. Highly recommend you price out your job with Rob, the owner.

Atlantic Glass and amp; Mirror did a great job! They had to cut it down and were able to do so. The mirror is about 10 feet long and they were able to cut it in a way that I wouldn't lose much area. In total they took about a 1/2 off.

I called them on Tuesday to inquire about the mirrors. They came out the next morning to measure the areas, and scheduled themselves to return the next day to install them. They were professional and responsive. I felt the cost was very much in line with the mirrors installed. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them for this type of situation.

Excellent! Called Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. and Robb was there for an estimate at 9:00 a.m. Work was complete the next day by noon! Excellent service at a good price.
