Asphalt Maintenance and Paving of Rochester

We were given an excellent price! No other companies we called would even attempt our driveway because it was asphalt over concrete. We had a shaky start, though. It seemed there was one hold up after another- no stones available, broken truck, permit issues. We never got notified about these problems unless we called the owner . Since we paid 50% up front we were getting very nervous. However, this was the only complaint we had. Once the crew showed up they worked incredibly hard. There was more concrete than expected but they got it out and put in a beautiful new driveway in only two days! They leveled the hill and banked the driveway . Because more stone and asphalt were needed after taking out so much concrete, there was an additional $600 charge. Since the original $3500 price was so good we still considered the extra charge for such a difficult job to be a deal. Mr. Roberts and all of his employees were friendly and courteous. We are very happy with the results.
