Architectural Concrete Plus

We were very unhappy with them. The total projected cost was $7250.00. They had to dig which was hand-dug because it is easy with sand so it was easy to dig. They dug it, put the mold out, and poured the concrete. It had to be done in a couple of different steps because they were also putting in some steps into the house. Everything was great with them through the first pour. They did the stamping, they did the coloring, and they did the border which we had requested. Everything went really well that far. After that, they pretty much disappeared and were very difficult to get hold of. They would not respond and would not answer any phone calls. They finally came back and did the two sets of steps all in one day. We had a problem with one of the steps. We basically told them to get out of it because they actually started showing up when we were not here doing some things and it actually gave us more problems than fixing things. We were just really not satisfied with the communication and their not willing to even set up a time to come and meet with us and talk about problems. We had a number of different estimates and they were sort of in the top end. The quality of service was average, only the first part was good. They were responsive only at the beginning of the project. I would not hire them again in the future and I would not even suggest them to anyone.
