Larry was absolutely amazing. His prices were very fair and reasonable! We were very late with responding to our quote due to some personal issues and even 6 months later the price didn't increase. He checked the material prices and said they didn't change and our quote was valid. Many people would have upcharged at that point and taken advantage! Then, once we told him we wanted to continue he was quick to respond and came out within a week. He was professional, fun to talk to and very good at his trade. The fence came out beautiful and we could not have been more happy. I would recommend him to anyone!

Called this business multiple times with no answer, finally left a message. Days later a return call at 5 pm. When I expressed my displeasure about the late return called I got" Okaaay". No apology. I hung up. Then, the woman on the other end had the gall to send me a text stating "Glad we wont be doing work for you..." What reputable business purposely goes out of its way to antagonize a potential customer like this? A simple apology stating we are very busy, sorry for the late return call would have made a big difference. No thanks! I'll put the fence up myself.

BEWARE this company does not pull a permit - and if you want to make sure you fence is installed to CODE around your in ground pool you better pull the permits yourself . We did not know that we should have pulled a permit until it was too late and the fence was completely installed and now DOES NOT meet code . We asked the company to come back and rectify the problem holding back +1000.00 of the +4000 job . Instead he took us to small claims court . We had spent 500 plus on gravel and stone to try and mitigate the gaps that don't meet Perinton code but to no avail with rain they just slide . Ulitmatly the Judge awarded the final payment to Fence Repair minus the money we spent to try and fill the gaps - because I guess we should have known to pull a permit ! So bottom line if you decide to use this company PULL A PERMIT if you are fencing around a pool . NOTE - We gave the owner the Perinton Code specs - so he was well aware of the requirements . We have since had another company come to fix the problem and will simply be moving the poles two inches in the ground all the way around to meet code . A very expensive lesson !

"These people were aware of everything needed at the time of our first meeting. The fence was installed level as always when around a built in pool. I informed [Member Name Removed] about the gap under the fence in certain areas that would not meet code. I suggested having dirt be brought in before the stone went down, she said that would not be a problem. They had the stone put down without the dirt, the following day, two days before she said the landscaping crew was coming. They were in a hurry because of an upcoming event and jumped the gun. I'm sorry about the problems they encountered but they were not because of our installation. We always keep the fence level up close to an in ground pool, it would not look right otherwise. The fence looked great, [Member Name Removed] even said so."

Absolutely pleased with the final product, installation and price. I was able to work with Larry to select the exact fencing, posts, gate, caps etc that I wanted and even order some spare materials. The fencing in our rear yard required very close setting to trees, property line and needed to conform to the gradient. Larry and his crew were able to set out the fence and install it with precision. Not only does Larry do an excellent job with the installation but he stands behind the quality of his work. One year after the installation I requested Larry to come back out and make some slight adjustments to one of the posts. He promptly replied and visited my home with his crew to make the adjustment without any cost! just be sure to be a bit patient throughout the process as Larry runs a small but efficient team so does not have salesman that add extra overhead and costs. In the end you will get a quality product at a very competitive price.

Initially went well other than the guy is weird about playing music. When asked to turn it off, he refused to do so. Made for an awkward few days with neighbors and working from home. The gate was faulty and is inoperable. We had the work done in spring and we’re now into August with no repair. They’ve admired there was a mistake but refuse to get back to us or give us a date for a fix. Once the check is cashed, you’re in b your own for any faulty construction. We are no face md with taking formal steps to get our gate repaired, possibly by another company. We’re dismayed we’ve been treated like this after the amount of money we spent. We’re so disappointed. Never again.

"First of all, I dealt with [Member Name Removed], not [Member Name Removed]. As far as the music goes, the neighbor had no problem with it as I spoke to her about it at the very beginning of the job. Also, we were about 150 to 200 feet away from the customers house with the fence we were installing, our radio was not disturbing anyone. A 2x4 rail on the gate did split slightly while putting the top hinge on, when they called about it I told them I would get to it when I could and in the area. Apparently that was not quick enough for [Member Name Removed]. I did the fix and everything works fine. I just had to set the record straight. I'm sorry they were not happy, you can't please everyone."

Larry (the owner) responded quickly and came out soon to give an estimate. It was quite a bit lower than the first one I got. Start was delayed a day, which was fine with us, proceeded quickly and Larry and his employee did a nice job. Also a nice guy, would hire him again.

Larry was one of four quotes I got for the job. I called and talked to his wife and Larry contacted me within 24 hours. He came over and looked at the job and gave me a very fair price. He even saved me money by using the existing 4 x 4 posts. He said they were old but still in good shape. The day after Fathers Day Larry and his two sons showed up and in one day they had my old 170' L shaped fence down and the new one installed. Also had the frame for the double gate made. This gate opens wide enough to back a camper or boat through it. Each cross member is a 2 x 4 pressure treated 16' long making the fence much stronger. Each panel board is individually installed pressure treated dog eared style. They installed approx. 300 of them and the top of the fence line slopes perfectly from the high to the low point of my yard. They took care of disposing of my old fence. Another headache I didn't have to deal with. Larry and his sons were complete professionals and craftsmen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The new fence looks awesome and I couldn't be happier.

They build a custom pressure treated fence with a lattice top. They removed my old fence and took it away, placed new 4x4 posts in concrete to stabilize the fence, and built the fence and the lattice all in four days.

Larry was at my house within 2 weeks of contacting him. He was very professional and did a great job installing our vinyl fence. He made some good recommendations on the layout of the fence that I had not originally thought of and I think it made for a much better layout. I would use Another Fence Repair again in the future.

Larry originally installed our split rail fence December 2013 and we were very satisfied with his work.
In May 2015 I noticed 6 posts were leaning.
Larry always seems overly busy, and it took 2 weeks before he returned my phone call, and another 3 weeks before he could come and do the repairs. This was not urgent so I didn't mind the wait.
When he came, he checked all posts, then for about 8 posts he loosened the fill dirt, plumbed the posts, and tamped with sledgehammer. He did not charge me for this work. I tried to give him something, but he refused.
I have seen many reviews that complain about Larry's responsiveness. Yes, this can be frustrating, but it is because he is personally involved in every job, does great work at a good price, and consequently has a lot of business. If you are not in a hurry, you will be very satisfied with the results.

What a beautiful fence. Larry did such an excellent job. It looks very sturdy. In addition, Larry is quite professional and FAST. Once the cement was right, he completed the fence in one day. I definitely recommend his fence-repair and fence-building services.

Getting a hold of an initial meeting took a little bit but I was understanding (seeing as I reached out at 4:50 on a Friday) but once the estimate was established everything went very quickly and smoothly! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done. Very pleased with the service and with the results, thank you Larry, it all looks great and my dog is happy to run free in the backyard!

The fence went up in a day. They're very efficient, very knowledgeable in what he was doing and i have no complaints at all. He did an excellent job. I spent $1200. Compared to the old one this fence looks great. He came out, gave us an estimate, gave us 3 different samples to look at, gave us the weekend to think about it and he called on Sunday and came Monday and put it in. The tor the old fence away put the new fence up, they were careful with my plants and as far as I'm concerned they did a great job.

Not hearing from Larry, I called twice on 5/12. No pick up or answering machine. I got a call back from Dianna on 5/13 asking me that she saw that I called and what did I need. I told her that I had called on Friday and gave all my info and was told I would be contacted over the weekend. She scrambled threw papers saying it must be here and that Larry was very busy. I told her to call me back if she could not find the paperwork. I never got a call back from anyone.
It is nice to be busy but this is now way to run a professional business. I contacted them because of the good reviews here. I don't know what is happening with this company but you will notice there last 3 reviews are the same as mine. Save your breath and don't bother!

Called this company based on reviews on Angies List. Called early morning on 4/28/14. Received a call back from Diana? about two hours later stating that Larry was working in the office that day and would be calling me back to set up a time for an estimate. Diana was pleasant, but seemed more interested in selling her dog training business than talking about fencing. Bottom line-- I have never heard back from Larry or Diana for any follow up.
I would never recommend a company who has no respect for potential customers. If he was too busy to take on more business, then a simple return phone call would prove he is a good business man interested in providing good customer service.
