ANDY'S QUALITY HOME INSULATION

My sister bought an older 1300 sqft Ranch that had only the original kraft backed pink insulation in the attic. I priced out the cost of
installing blown-in cellulose insulation and baffles for the soffit.
Then obtained estimates for the job from the more notable installers in town and it was a lot more than we wanted to pay.
Through Angies list I contacted Andy. When I described the house and job to him it was obvious to me he knew exactly what he was talking about based on the features of the ranch house attic he discussed.
I had already installed the baffles and sealed all the penetrations and told him I needed only the blown in insulation.
We made arrangements for him to look the job and meet my sister. I told her that based on my conversation with Andy on the phone I was happy with him doing the work if the price was right. But I wanted my sister to meet Andy and be comfortable with the guy that is working on her house.
Andy went over and met with my sister and my wife, they were happy to proceed and the price he gave us was about $100 over my cost of materials alone. We agreed and he came in a week later to do the work.
My dad was on site to keep an eye on things and dad had good experience with Andy as well
