Burst a pipe in my basement, tried to charge me to fix it. Salesman (Kevin Gerstner) was our best friend while he was here, when the pipe burst, I emailed him and he hasn't responded to date (18 days) this company is only interested in the sale, absolutely no follow up at all. Stay away.

They are very good people and would recommend them to anybody.

Mike and Sam were great. Very neat and clean. Knew what they had to do and did it. Hopefully the product is as good as they were.

Everything was completed on time and in the manner described at the time of the sale. Technicians were polite, courteous and professional. Absolutely no issue with the installation. Time will tell concerning the equipment and warrantee.

Tom made a great impression upon us while doing the estimate and writing up our purchase. The install team did a fantastic job of installing our tankless water heater. They were very professional and made sure that we understood the product. The installation was first rate and they cleaned up any mess they made. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.
