We were not notified by the caller that it was an emergency, so a standard service appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. (Your power was back on) Upon running a complete evaluation of your generator, there were no mechanical failures and your generator was fully functional. Our service tech (Devin) advised you to protect the generator with a snow fence to prevent wind and snow from entering the unit. Some of our technicians were in your area the night of the outage and noted blizzard like conditions. We are more than happy to assist you with the installation of a snow fence if you so desire. Should you have any questions or concerns please give us a call, we are here for you."
