We hired Joe and Steve in 2022 to convert an existing screen porch into a three season room. The project was “completed” in November of 2022. Right off the bat we realized that one of the sliding doors didn’t function correctly and needed to be replaced. Over the course of the next year, more issues began to show themselves. Cracked caulk around windows, windows that didn’t open/close/lock. Water collecting in the tracks of multiple windows and not draining. When AllPro was contacted about these problems (it took multiple calls/emails/texts to get in touch) they chalked the problems up to Covid supply chain issues and poor quality windows (even though we were assured they “middle tier windows”). This past fall during a heavy rain, water began to pour INSIDE from over one of the windows. We reached out to Steve who blamed the install originally. The contractor they hired to install the windows came out to check behind the siding. Everything was installed correctly. The issues were with the Bargain Outlet (literally) brand windows they installed. After much back and forth with Steve, he finally agreed to replace all windows with a better quality product. It has now been two and a half months since we agreed to that and after MANY calls/texts/voicemails I haven’t heard back. Completely ghosted me. At this point we will be forced to take AllPro to small claims court to try and recoup some of what we spent so we can get all the windows replaced. Do not hire this company. They are incredibly unprofessional. “AllPro” is quite the stretch for a business name.

I've had my bathrooms done for a few weeks now and there's things I've asked they come back and fix before I leave this review but I get the feeling they're hoping I just forgot? Because they clearly have no intention of actually coming, so here's my review Here's a timeline of my experience. This was for a full bath and a half bath, and I was in absolutely no hurry at all to get this project going. Whatever worked for them was fine with me. Feb 9th: they come to check out the bathroom and I put down a deposit. I'm on their schedule for April 3rd. Mar 31st: I follow up with the owner to make sure we're still good for the agreed upon start date. He pushes me out from April 3 to April 21st. No problem. April 21st: No show April 23rd: get a text from owner they'll be there the 24th and get to it. A little annoyed to be pushed out so many times because I am again, in no hurry. Had they just said "hey we gotta push you out another month" that would have been fine but they do this quite a few times Apr 26th: no show. I left a voicemail. Owner texts back that there was a leak at another house they needed to fix and they'll be there tomorrow April 27th: they show up Week of May 1st: show up for a total of 14 hours for this entire week. No show Thurs-Fri because one person on the team was sick. Maybe they were, but the fact they stopped demo at such a convenient place where I at least still had a shower in a completely otherwise gutted bathroom is sus. May 8th: No show. But the woman that does the ordering texts me that they're "ready to paint tomorrow so make sure I pick a paint with primer". I respond there must be a mistake because we're nowhere near painting. After a few mins I realize she must have texted the wrong person, and they've actually just been finishing another job the last 3 work days. This was vehemently denied but I'm willing to bet that's what was happening. but hey, i might be wrong May 11th: a lighting fixture arrives and I decide I don't like it. I ask to initiate a return and send a link for one I like more. She pushes back on ordering it (not hard) because it would arrive after they expect to be done. Theres no way they’ll be done by that date but I am out of patience at this point, I tell them to hang the fixture I don't like. I end up replacing it after. Also May 11th: a leak develops in the plumbing in the basement. I tell them to just keep working on the bathroom because progress is slow enough as it is. Plumbing work looks poorly done which caused the leak. May 19th: finally done. Walls weren't "ready to paint"; I had some spackling and sanding to do. Caulk work was rough, I had to grab a razor and clean it up. That night: find a new leak. A pipe cracked while they were "repairing" that leak. I put repair in quotes because it's a poor excuse for plumbing work. Just strapped some rubber coupling over joints with hose clamps and called it a day. There are now 4 sections of this in my drain line to the sewer. No trap under the shower too. Since they finished I also noticed they never braced the drywall where they cut it to tile the shower stall so if I lean on the wall too hard the drywall is going to break Awful communication, and just ok quality work. Pic included of the plumbing work where you can see some of the bandaids and the complete absence of shower trap. The excuse there was that "that's how it was done before". So naturally if someone is paying you thousands of dollars for a renovation, you should just do it wrong again because that's how it was before
