they sprayed four times at my house they were late every time or didn't show up till the next day we had to text them to get them to show up over and over or call them and they don't answer their phones and they don't reply turn text and their voicemails are always full

Very well. Called at 10:00am and made a 6pm appointment for the same day. Carey arrived promptly, and got rid of a nest in the front of the house, as well as the one I called him for. He was knowledgeable and took care of the issue in a matter of minutes.

Called and the owner Carey answered and scheduled an appointment and came out the following week. Called a couple of weeks later was still seeing the mice. One of his employees Tom came out on this visit I have to say he was very personable hard working and was very helpful in answering any and all questions and gave me assurance that they would would stand by their work and keep coming out until the mice are gone. Would recommend this business and would recommend that you ask for and beg for Tom you won't regret it. Will continue to use this business because of the satisfaction and the great job that Tom takes pride in leaving the customer satisfied. *Update 8/11/2016* Tom never competed the job and I still have mice. He never came back out even though I had a warranty to have follow-up visits. I had to contact the BBB since they did not come out and complete the job. I kept calling and leaving messages but they would never return my call. I have asked the BBB for a full refund. The BBB got in touch with Affordable Pest Control and they said I would only receive half of my refund. Even then, I have not received any money or return calls. BBB has had to leave the case as unresolved and I will now have to go to small claims court.

Appointment was for 2 pm. Office called to let me know he would be running late. Serviceman was very polite and thorough. He explained everything. I have used them before and would definitely use them again.

I found Carey on a random internet search and he was an early return.  Called him, he answered, we had a quick discussion, and he put me on the schedule for a few days later.  On the day of service, he called in advance to let me know he could arrive early, which was fine with me.  After a quick discussion about what we'd been seeing, he inspected the home, and determined that a preventative application of perimeter pesticide would solve our problem and prevent it from getting worse.  He didn't try to up-sell me on return/maintenance visits, even when I practically begged for it.  Really nice guy who spent time chatting with me about beer and brewing.  I'd use him again.  Also - we discussed a mouse problem that I had last year, which I took care of myself.  After hearing my story, he was satisfied that I solved the problem - instead of trying to sell more work.  He came across as very honest and straightforward - a local small-businessman who makes his money on reputation.

Excellent service.  Punctual.  Performed service as needed.

Owner Carey came out after a few calls. They were ver reasonable on price as this was a straightforward service and they guarantee follow up if need be. Got appmt a few days after calling- phone est was best one of other 4 I called. They were up front with chemicals used. Two part application one to knock down and the other to prevent.

He was excellent and very affordable

Kerry was polite, professional, explained everything fully, and gave a great service for a great price. He was also so unobtrusive that I did not notice things had been moved and put back when he had to spray in the basement of the house. I fully recommend him to anyone in the Rochester area with a pest problem.

Cary was great although were not sure what the rodent was he came back over and over again until the noise stopped.

Even though the pests weren't taken care of the first time, they are willing to come out a second time to resolve the issue. They are very affordable.

His treatment for ants was effective, but I wouldn't use him again because of the difficulty in reaching him.

Called Carey at Affordable and he set a time to come out the next morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and immediately assessed the situation. The yellow-jackets had built a hive in the wall behind an outside light and were traveling inside the wall into a heating duct and exiting through the register into the room. He completely taped off the register and the went to the hive and "dusted" it with his magical dust. This kills the larvae and consequently the adults don't want to return to the hive. Apparently they fly around until they die. Carey impressed me with his knowledge of entomology. He quoted and charged $125. Well worth it. I would definitely call him again if I have a pest problem.

The service was GREAT.......He even came back for a post check-up. i wish he'd call me about his service!!! It was marvelous.

I called a couple of services in order to get pricing (I am pretty diligent on my house care and wasn't interested in paying for the monthly service contract that most wanted to offer - I just wanted these dead and I would make the appropriate home improvements/cleanup afterwards). Called Affordable and Carey quoted me and quot;worst case scenario would be $300 with a year guaranteeand quot; - so I agreed to a visit. He showed up that same day and poked around the house...and as luck would have it there were no signs of ants and we couldn't hear anything (just like when you take your car in to a dealership for work and they cant duplicate the problem). I explained everything I saw/heard and he reluctantly agreed to a service (I liked that he didn't like just taking the homeowner's word for it....but I was positive about the infestation and wanted the service).
He was able to come out about 3 days later (showed up within 10 minutes of our agreed time - which was a nice surprise - no waiting) - I had started removing a piece of crown molding (he suggested removing that so any holes drilled could be easily covered - good idea I thought) about 15 minutes before the appointment time...and sure enough ants started dropping out of that area of the wall/ceiling (glad I waited!). Carey came in and started treating while his helper was spraying the perimeter. He stayed for a good hour making sure he was treating the right area while I vacuumed carcasses and shot the poop.
It's been almost 3 weeks and so far so good (not to mention the price includes a 1 year guarantee if I *DO* see anything). Needless to say my experience was a very positive one (especially for a blind call) and would definitely recommend Affordable Pest Control due to the price and my aforementioned experience.

Had a hornets nest about 10 inches tall x 8 inches wide, attached to the branches of an ornamental tree in front of my house. I wanted to spray it myself, but after reading about how dangerous it could be, my husband wanted to have it done professionally (wise move). I called 2 companies. They both got right back to me within an hour, but I went with Affordable because it cost $75 plus tax (as opposed to $100 for the other company) and because he could do it the same day. I was flexible with the time, as I was home that day. We agreed on late afternoon. He called me when he was on his way. He sprayed it, then cut it down all in about 15 minutes. He was personable and took care of the problem quickly.

After the initial treatment, there was some improvement, but it took several more treatments to really knock down the roach problem. One of the tenants did not keep a very clean apartment which made exterminating more challenging. Cary worked with me to come back when one or sometimes both tenants weren't available, or didn't want to be disturbed.

This is my second call to Affordable the first time was for an exterior spray for creepy crawlies. The second was for mice in the basement. I was not home so a neighbor dealt with him. Overall we were pleased, the price was right and he set out bait and the mice for the most part are gone. I have caught 3 in traps in the last 2 weeks but I think that is due to mice getting in. This leads me to me one complaint, he did not do anything to prevent mice from getting again. I feel he should have done an exterior check and dealt with points of entry
