These guys exceeded my expectations. Tony gave me a very fair quote, most were much higher and Tony offered a bonus for just a few hundred dollars more- i wanted boulders in my front yard and they hauled and installed 3 awesome boulders with the equipment at hand. These guys were friendly, professional, and courteous. They did not mind me asking questions and gave thorough answers. I was expecting a torn up yard- instead the trench was neat, saved my bushes, and precisely excavated. They laid the new pipe, backfilled, cleaned up, and re-seeded. Tony is easy going and his crew skillful & efficient. I couldn’t be happier with this work and there was absolutely no sticker shock. Great value from good people. Top-notch professionals.

There was a leak in my water pipe.  After the City of Rochester turned off my water I called Advanced Piping.  Tony and his crew were there first thing the next morning to replace the aged pipe.  There were problems because of tree roots which they resolved.  There was a mess in the basement but they cleaned it all up.  Great job!

When planning this project I had a VERY hard time finding contractors in the Rochester area that were willing to do this type of job. I was ultimately referred to Advanced Piping by a smaller residential plumber in the area. After calling Tony it was clear this job was straightforward considering their line of work and he give me the confidence he knew what he was doing.
Part of the job required disturbing part of the sidewalk. Tony noticed the curb shutoff was damaged and had me call the Water Authority first to replace shutoff. This bit of advice saved me $400.00. The Water Authority ended up removing a section of the sidewalk; thus they paid to repair it.
Altogether, the job took 3/4 of a day. They showed up 15 minutes early and cleaned everything up nicely at the end. While Tony (owner) did not actually perform the work, he came out at the end of the day to inspect the work of his employees. In terms of pricing, Advanced Piping was the lowest among 4 other contractors I received quotes from.

Tony and his team did a great job installing my new water line. Because of a rather robust foundation, our "trenchless" intentions turned into a full blown excavation. The team did a great job of getting the work done with almost no time without water (we were not able to use water for less than 2 hours). Even though this turned into a bit of a mess, they did a nice job cleaning up and taking care of the lawn. They certainly earned their money and the results were great. Significantly improved water pressure and flow. Great price and great service.

He came out the same day I called and did the work the next day. It was very quick response time. He did everything he promised and worked quickly. Great overall and very professional. They were clean in the service the provided.
