Advanced Direct Security- ADT Authorized Company

The system was originally installed improperly.  It was set up and did not work for several months to a year.  Upon calls regarding the issue someone would come out, move a few things around, declare everything fine, and it never was.  I think about the 4th or 5th time it finally stopped sounding when I would lock the door.  The alarm would go off when you left saying the doors were open, when they clearly were not.  It was so bad that we had to finally stop using the alarm all together.  For $50 a month and not using the alarm until they finally fixed it several months later, was a huge inconvenience.  I feel that this product says it will do more for you than it actually can.  
Their gimmick is that police will arrive at your home with in 3 mins of the alarm sounding.  How is this possible?  You provide 3 phone numbers for ADT to call and make sure everyone is ok.  If these 3 people do not answer then they call police, who have to be dispatched and then drive.  
Basically don't lie to your customers that you have this great crime stopping product, when you know this it not the case.  And on top of it have your product work so the customer can actually use it as the deterrent it is meant for.
