Pressure Washing
Shutter installation for 14 homes took over a week because workers were sick or injured, and no one was sent to replace them. Power washing was the worst. We were assured there would be 2 trucks sent to complete our job, but only 1 was sent. The workers were sent without the proper ladders or wands to reach the high areas. When the first few homes were inspected it was found that the soffits and gutters were still very dirty, but the workers were sent without the proper cleansing solution to treat the stains prior to power washing. In short, completely unprepared for the job. By the way, it took them 6 days to power wash 14 homes.
