 + -1 moreSinger heavy duty machine - 30 years old - started sewing large loops on the bottom side of the fabric. Technician was polite, explained what was probably wrong. Fixed the machine in 2 days for the estimated price, which was for a simple service. They also have a large supply of sewing items -thread, elastic, seam rippers, snaps, machine parts, etc. My new go to place for sewing projects!
