We called beforehand, dropped off the sewing machine, were contacted when it was done, and picked it up. Runs great now!

Singer heavy duty machine - 30 years old - started sewing large loops on the bottom side of the fabric. Technician was polite, explained what was probably wrong. Fixed the machine in 2 days for the estimated price, which was for a simple service. They also have a large supply of sewing items -thread, elastic, seam rippers, snaps, machine parts, etc. My new go to place for sewing projects!

He always charges the same amount with no hidden cost. I went to others, and they wanted an extremely higher amount. They are all very kind people.
