 + 5 moreAdrian gave us a great quote and was very easy to work with. He offered realistic advice and gave us many different options when we encountered problems. He worked very quickly completing the job well ahead of schedule. He was very eager to fix the minor defects we found with the work(such as exposed floor nails). In general, the quality of the work was very good. He also never deviated from his original quote. I would highly recommend Adrian for any work in Manhattan or New York.
Description of Work: Replaced thin wood parquet floors with solid wood. Built one new partition wall with door. Moved bathroom door and walled off existing door. Moved closet wall. Lowered another closet ceiling and built storage above. Installed ceiling lights in three rooms and one closet(including electrical work and switches). Raised hallway ceiling. Painted entire apartment(3 colors).
