Adrian gave us a great quote and was very easy to work with. He offered realistic advice and gave us many different options when we encountered problems. He worked very quickly completing the job well ahead of schedule. He was very eager to fix the minor defects we found with the work(such as exposed floor nails). In general, the quality of the work was very good. He also never deviated from his original quote. I would highly recommend Adrian for any work in Manhattan or New York.
