+ -1 moreI was very happy with Jim's service. He is a small buisiness but really knows what he is doing! He calls you the same day and sets up an appointment to come to your house. He is a really nice person. You won't be disappointed if you hire him.
Description of Work: We have had a problem with our air conditioning unit leaking water on the basement floor. We had two well known companies in our area come to try and fix this problem with no solution. When the ac is running and there is high humidity in the air there is a large puddle of water on the basement floor. Jim Orlowski, the owner of J & C came today and diagnosed the problem immediately. The drain where the water was spilling in was filled so any extra water was spilling on the floor. He cleaned out the hole and said that the problem was solved. We have no more water on the floor!!! Highly recommend!!
