Excellent, we had a big event on the Sunday and they understood and came Saturday morning to do the job. Quick clean and fast. Compared to some of the other propane providers who either couldn't be bothered to return a call or made the whole thing a lot more complicated than it needed to be these guys where great

We switched over to Great White Propane last Fall, when our former propane company was taken over by another who had much higher prices and fees. The owner, George, of Great White Propane was very personable, easy to reach, and knowledgeable of all things propane. We found Great White Propane to offer the best pricing in product and fees for our area, South Fork Long Island. George set up a white propane tank outside, and regulator, to our existing gas line. We use propane for our stove and oven.
When the cold winter followed, we were having problems with our oven, but we couldn't determine, at first, if it was the oven or the propane. George came to check things out and filled our tank, eliminating any propane issues; the problem was indeed with our oven. We found an appliance service off Angies List who, soon after, fixed our oven, and everything has been working fine ever since. I called George back to let him know the problem had nothing to do with the propane, but that our oven broke, got fixed, and everything was working fine.
I am very pleased with Great White Propane and figure on staying with them as long as they remain competitive and fair, which so far they have been. No complaints, only compliments. Thank you!
