They should lower their price. I've told them it's getting out of hand. I would prefer that it was under $100 per month.

There's nothing unusual. They charge for each box that I have. I was with the company when they first came here and it was a lot cheaper. They gave me one box to go along with the service, but now I have to pay for every box. I don't even get one box if I take the service. I have to pay for all the boxes, wires, and everything else. To me, it's a rip off. There are a lot of charges that I don't understand. I used them one time and they were very good. They came right away and fixed the problem. The service is good. They are professional.

I like them. They have a very bad streaming. The TV part is good. The telephone part is good. The online is great. The TV streaming is very, very erratic.

Provider was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
After repair was made, provider mentioned that I had some services that weren't as good as they could be, made suggestions that would not have any additional fees, therefore I accepted his recommendation and this was also done while I was on the phone with him.

Satisfied.

Service technican was on time and was very accomodating. Isolated the issue quickly and prerformed the service to correct the issue promptly. Made sure evryting was working correctly and did not rush the service call

They're okay but not great. Their prices are high. They're very expensive and overpriced.

I like their services but not their prices. You cannot have a contract with them. They are very expensive. They are the only one in my area so I don't have a choice.

I call them and they come out on an appointed basis. They do their investigation and check everything out. They fix everything on the spot. Their prices are outrageous, though. I will continue to use them in the future as I do not have a choice.

I actually had a problem with a bill online. I paid $4000 by mistake and should have paid $40. I had a problem getting the money back. Originally, they had me jumping through hoops. I contacted the Vice President and within two days I had my money back.

I have no problems with their service.

We are not very happy.

I use Cable Vision for watching television and they have good service. I'll be continuing to use them in the future.

This has to do with disconnecting the high speed internet service. This company harasses the customer and make it very difficult to cancel features that are no longer needed. I had to deal with them on behalf of my elderly parents. I had to make two separate calls to cancel the service, there was one transfer after another and each kept repeating questions such as why do you want to do this, do you realize that you would be saving money to keep the service, etc. My elderly father called and was under the impression he had canceled the service but upon review we realized that they had talked around the issue and nothing was taken care of.
