it was a pleasure to have a service person that was actually very courtious and pleasent.
mr. hawkins did not charge us.
I would definatlly use him for all of our heating & cooling issues.

Ryan is his name and he is really good and very reasonable. We bought the part because I wanted a specific spickett. He's really fair, he's not out to get you. There has never been any issues and the faucet is working fine. He's there within a day or two. After he did the spickett we had a water line break, Ryan came out that night thinking he could make a quick fix but he wasn't able to. He went back to his house to get the parts and came back that same night to repair it. I could't sing his praises enough. He always shows up within 15 minutes of when he says he will be.
