All of the doors showed up damaged and it turns out that the person they sent to take measurements also measured incorrectly. In addition, they billed incorrectly for the type of door I needed, so when the installer came to install the doors, he had to leave because they had not paid the contractor enough. I ended up returning the doors to Home Depot for a full refund.

I am happy with the product they sold me. Competitive price. Friendly. That is what I like. The reason I am giving an lower grade. I had several different sales people who I dealt with. One on the day that I was there. Subsequent phone calls, I dealt with other people. They also have a central Home Depot, some central part of Home Depot, that schedules the insulation, and calls you for your final quote and measurement. Between the various people, I kept getting confusing and conflicting information. I had to take time making phone calls, making follow up calls, and emails, to get everything straighten out. That was kind of a pain. Yes, I probably would, because of the price.

I use this store a lot and I am very pleased with it. They are only a block away from my home and I get lots of help in the store.

The installer stopped working half-way through the job. When I protested and reminded him he has to finish the job, he stated he has another "side job" to go to and do a big job in someone's basement that pertains to his private business. When I called Home Depot to complain about him while he was still there, he got nasty with us and refused to come to the phone and talk to the store manager when requested. He said he is not talking to anybody and left. Home Depot never called me back when they promised to in order to fix the situation. I had to make numerous calls to them and just got put on hold until I got tired of waiting and had to hang up. What got their attention was when I disputed the charge on my credit card and the company issued me a temporary credit. Then Home Depot came out to my home two more times to rectify the job, but it tooks weeks for them to finally get it right. I'll never, ever hire them again to install anything. Stay far away from them. Afterwards my wife's cousin told me his brother-in-law had the same experience when he got an entrance door installed in his home in Bayonne, New Jersey.

With the renovation of our home, we had to purchase new appliances. Home Depot was having 10% off sale during the summer, so we purchased a dishwasher there. We had our own plumber install it.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY CAME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE CABINETS LOOK GOOD. I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I PURCHASED MY REFRIGERATOR FROM HOME DEPOT AND THEY ALSO DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. I HAD AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL USE THEM FOR FUTURE NEEDS.

THE HOME DEPOT TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MEASURING AND INSTALLING CARPET AT A GOOD PRICE. THE TEAM WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE ALSO PUNCTUAL.
