Jonathan took my order and gave me a quote and estimated time right away, both of which were accurate. He was professional and courteous in all regards. 
I had a piece of glass of exactly the same specs made for me in Brooklyn four years back, and this was five dollars cheaper, so that tells you prices here are very good. This was a better job here, too, as Jonathan talked me through options such as tempering (which I declined, but was very reasonable at 20% of cost), and also added common-sense things I needed but did not thing of like rounding the corners for safety and stability, and polishing the edges. By contrast, the Brooklyn place made me ask for cheap corner protectors; Jonathan threw them in, wrapped my piece up, diagrammed how to attached the feet, and delivered it himself to my car.
It is a great thing that you can still have something MADE in NYC by local craftsmen who know the trade. I was very glad to find Prisma and hope I have reason to use them again. 

I was very happy with them.  The place looks like a factory but they do good work.
