Great customer service - very responsive. The cleaning quality was just okay? I had to go back and reclean a few areas. The maid only stayed for 2 hours despite a 3 hour minimum, and the place was all that clean.

I was very please with the person you sent and the work that she did.

Ingrid, the young woman who did the cleaning did a very good job. She did windows and blinds as well as regular house cleaning. I thought the rate was reasonable for the service received.

Joseph from Makai is incredibly helpful and on call basically around the clock. Makai provided us with 2 cleaning ladies who worked the entire time that they were in our 4 bedroom apartment and ensured that everything was done up to our standards. Beyond that, the price is very reasonable for the service value. Best cleaning company I have hired in NYC over 5 years (and trust me I tried about a dozen). Pleasant to work with and professional all around.

Forgot the vacuum but did well

I personally do not know how they cleaned but asked the guest who stayed there (this is a company apartment) and they said the cleaning job was done well.

the woman in charge was very nice and helpful, however the women sent to do the work had trouble understanding english and did not get everything i wanted. the windows were disgustingly dirty. they worked hard on cleaning the glass, but did not understand to clean the screens and area between the window and screen until i picked up a towel and showed them how black and dirty it was. until requested did not wash down all the tiles in the bathroom , especially the higher ones. By the way, this was an empty apt. after new construction. they washed the wooden floors twice, which was good, however, they did not wipe it dry.

When I booked this service, I specifically stated that I needed my wood floors cleaned/washed. That seemed to be news to the 2 workers that were sent. They were only vacuuming. Call into the Owner (time lost)......she directed them to wash the floors. They were 2-1/2 hours and said they were finished. My response was that they hadn't even dusted the living room or touched the kitchen. Call into the owner (more lost time)...she told them to dust and I also told them to was some of the pieces. They left with no time to touch my kitchen. 2 women working 3 hours translates to 6 hours of service. I didn't get it.

Excellent. Two women came and did a thorough job in my 950 sq ft apt. I would highly recommend Makai. Prompt and thorough at a reasonable cost. Kudos.
