John was really great. He understood my vision and really helped me through the whole process. I appreciated his hands on approach during the design and build phases. He was also really meticulous in the details. He pointed out a scratch that the brick guys had done (that I didnt even notice) and said he would fix it for me because he wanted it to look perfect.
