Baby Chic NY Gear Rentals

Rental equipment was easy to order, clean, and at the hotel when we arrived. I had tried calling to add one item to the order but nobody picked up the phone, and my voicemail was never returned nor was the additional item added to our order. Might have been because I tried adding it the Saturday before our visit which was on Monday, so maybe they just don’t work on the weekend and couldn’t get to it Monday morning. The pickup was done a day after it was supposed to be, and it was awkward when the hotel called us asking why the large amount of stuff we left at the front desk wasn’t picked up yet. Other than those two issues, great experience. Would definitely use them in the future, just need to make sure to order everything we need up front, and tell the hotel they might not pick up everything when they say they will.

Distance wasn't a problem while hiring two strollers for our 1 week trip to NYC, they were very professional, trying to solve all our demands, and the delivery service was great! No problems delivering and picking up at the hotel! The strollers were clean, confortable, and easy manouvring!

The gear was delivered on time and in great condition. It was nice to bring the comforts of home to my brother's kid free condo. We were able to carry on with two kids under 5 for a long weekend in NYC by ordering the extras. I would definitely recommend. Delivery is expensive in NYC (compared to other cities we've rented in), but I suppose that's to be expected. It was totally worth it to miss the baggage claim!

I needed a crib rental while vacationing in Queens, NY. Baby Chic NY’s crib was clean and on time and we were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend!
