I found the movers to be very professional. They confirmed the things they would need to bring in advance - pads for furniture, straps, extra boxes, etc. and brought extra of everything just in case. They were extremely efficient and did not waste a minute. Though the charge was by the hour, they moved lightning fast unlike many by the hour companies I have used in NYC. They were also careful with important items like art and packed them better than I did at no extra charge. I would recommend them for in city or out of city moving especially if your building requires a company with insurance that prevents you from using the three guys and a van (which are the best deal in NYC). The unload was even faster and they placed things exactly where I asked including all the boxes. The only thing I would say about the unload is that they are going so fast that you really have to keep track of everything so you don't get kitchen boxes in the bedroom. Minor inconvenience for great movers.
