Furniture - Sales
Painted two exterior doors for my house. Doors were painted a month later than promised.
Only accepted full payment of cash upfront and when I received my Doors they were scratched and with water marks all over the front
That couldn't be cleaned off- I tried everything. When I spoke
To the owner he yelled and cursed and hung up on me
And was very irrational to deal with. He told me black paint is tricky
To deal with and it's a f*ckin door not a sports car And
Hung up on me. His daughter who is the receptionist does not
Communicate when things will be ready- 2 unnecessary trips to the
Store with a false status update- they were not ready until 3 weeks
Later. Horrible service and horrible work after a month wait
600 dollars. If I wasnt busy with other things in my life right now
I would pursue legal action.
