This business was beyond accommodating, even switching things around to help me out on a time issue, and I was so grateful. Robert the inspector showed up on time, brought a change of shoes for the inside of the house so he didn't track mud or debris into the house from inspecting the outside, (SO CONSIDERATE!) and was absolutely through to the T. He explained everything he was looking at and the report I got back was verbatim what was told to us. It was so nice to know that there was nothing a miss, and i highly recommend this company and Robert for anyone looking to get a good and through inspection at a reasonable cost. Turned the report around in 24 hours (give or take) and gave us the confidence to move forward with our purchase in a exceptionally timely way.

Jim did a great job, pointed out tons of things that I didn't notice about my perspective new home. The things he pointed out helped in negotiations on price of them home and I am happily living there 2 years later. The report was provided very promptly and again Jim has a great personality and is highly knowledgeable.

Jim met me at the property after my scheduling an appointment w/his office in a very timely fashion for my immediate needs. We went over the house/property with a fine toothed comb. He brought some items to my attention that could use servicing or could be better enhanced by different methods. I appreciated all that he saw and the info he provided. He did not only a house inspection, but termite and lead as well. Having had these prior inspections done once before by another company, I felt that Jim provided a much better service.
