I hired him to change my heating system from one zone to 4 zones. He hired another plumber to finish the job. But that guy never finished the job, he separated 3 floors making 3 zones. Regal Mechanical has done excellent work. They refinished my basement two years ago. They painted, they tiled my floors, they installed a new window, they installed sheetrock and split a/c units. They went out of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. More recently, they installed split unit air conditioners/heaters in my mom’s house. The bricked up where the old a/cs were removed and they sheet rocked and painted where necessary. Dave is a pleasure to deal with and his work is meticulous. He even offers to help out with things he is not even hired to do.

I used Regal twice in my 3 family home . To install first a MrCool Universal unit 2nd floor then 4 mini split units on the first floor. I was very happy with the install and all the units are working perfectly.
