I could not be happier with the work performed, they did an excellent job in redoing my sidewalk and driveway Sunny and his team are not only pleasant to work with but very professional and knowledgeable workers, would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone looking for a nicely done sidewalk and driveway or dealing with a DOT sidewalk violation as I was.

The job was done as promised in 1 day. All workers were courteous and polite. Other neighbors saw the work being performed and were also interested in using OBEROI for themselves. I informed them that the quality of service was great. Communication with the office staff was also great. Everyone was conscious and seemed to care about the level of service they provided. Will have no problem recommending OBEROI in the future.

We scheduled a day and time for the project. They arrived on time and Sunny and his crew proceeded to setup their ladders. They removed the loose mortar. They then filled in all the joints , matched to the original mortar. After all the work was completed, they cleaned the area and removed the trash. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend to my neighbors.

I hired Oberoi Construction to waterproof my house foundation. For years I had a problem with my basement . Every time it rains water goes inside. Over the years I hired many people to fix the problem, paid so much money but the problem of flooding never been solved until I hired Oberoi Construction. Dev the owner came and checked all around the house, inside and outside. He told me that the problem must be on the outside, he said that There must be cracks in the foundation. They dug 5 ft deep at least on the outside foundation, found all the cracks. Some were big gaps so he had to rebuilt the walls , repair the rest of the cracks and waterproof all the walls. Not only that, to make sure no water ever goes inside the house they poured concrete at the bottom of the foundation. They also fixed the gutters and rerouted the water away from the house. They did a great job on the top concrete and walkways. After they finished they cleaned everything and power washed the whole area. I found Dev to be a very honest and hardworking person. What a great job they did. We had the tropical storms lately, not one drop of water went inside my house. All my neighbors had flooding but not my house. I will hire them again for any thing I might need in the future.I recommend them 100%
