 + -1 moreThe unit was making a lot of noise and I thought I might need a new one. I spoke with the owner Mike and he thought it would be better to check it out first because it was only two years old. His company only installs the best replacement units for my building, the Ice Air. Many owners like me bought Islandaire units two years ago from another company when they were being offered as a less expensive replacement for the original units. This was a very bad mistake. The Islandaire units are very noisey and poorly made. New HVAC units are very expensive and should last for many years. Mike's honesty saved me a lot of money. Hopefully I will get another few years out of this unit. When it is time to replace it I'll get the ICE AIR replacement unit from Butler.
Description of Work: Removed my HVAC unit and brought it to their shop for repair. Fixed it and brought it back on the 11th.
