+ 0 moreBrite Hardware technician Marcus was helpful , respectful , informative and professional. It was very hot and I know he was uncomfortable but he still did his job efficiently.
Description of Work: My front door lock jammed in the lock, and after we messed with it to get out, it fell apart over the weekend.My husband told me to see if our church could recommend someone and Brite Hardware was suggested.They took my info ,I texted them a picture of the lock. The technician arrived on time ,was very helpful and did not find ways to increase fees ,actually tried to save me money . Marcus replaced the lock and removed a handle we never used anyway. I had him look at screen door lock as well,which he will finnish tomorrow.

+ 0 moreWorth every penny. I called at 5:00pm and were at my coop the next morning first thing. Friendly, kind, skilled and efficient, they worked with a concern for my safety and the maintaining the integrity of the look of the door exterior and interior. They did a fabulous job as now I have been able to keep the original doorknobs and look of the door. Available to both commercial and residental customers, they warranty their work and I could not be happier and highly recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Repaired and rebuilt a bent and broken proprietary fire door lock from my co-op front door within 2 hours, removed an improperly installed and non functioning lock from another locksmith with no issues, reinstalled the rebuilt fire door lock in perfect working order, and minimized dents in the frame and door, straightened the strike plate, reinstalled the trim after the fire department made emergency access.

Description of Work: I needed a lockbox opened and new keys made, as I had misplaced the key. Brite Hardware has a skilled and knowledgeable locksmith. His name is Kenny. This man carefully undid the lock, did some research, and created a new set of keys, all in about 15 min. Bravo! This is a great neighborhood hardware store. I usually try them first when a need arises.
