They called me back! I left a message on their machine and the same day they called back. I told them I didn't have a large budget and she didn't seem to mind. She came and met me two days later, I told her what I wanted, she made some suggestions. Some I agreed to and some I didn't. She told me that it would take 3 days to get together an estimate, which I received via email 3 days later. It was exactly the work we had spoken about. I called her back, we spoke briefly about a deposit, contact and scheduling. All of which were straight forward. The thing I appreciated the most, though, was the call I received to let me know they were going to be delayed on another job for a day, which was fine, it was great to get a call with a heads up. The morning they arrived, they knocked on the door, introduced themselves, completed the job in a day, cleaned up! They did exactly what they said they would do, from start to finish, WHEN they said they would.
