Description of Work: I contacted him and spoke on the phone for a few minutes. Tried to schedule an appointment. But he told me he was busy on the day I wanted and would call back. I waited a week and called him, left a voicemail. Never received a response. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I was interested in pursuing geothermal heating. Lloyd's company assesses your building, and then will design and install your system. Lloyd did an analysis and determined that we would not get a return on the investment in geothermal for my house, and he knowledgeably pointed out where we could save a lot of money on energy bills, even though he would not be doing the work. If you want an honest appraisal and advice, Lloyd/Verdae is great person to talk to when you are considering how to cut your energy footprint.
